Adonia's classes provide a well rounded education as we strive for balance through dance. Pulling from her training in the Suhaila Salimpour School of Dance and CYT200 yoga training to find safety and strength in all we do. While providing training in both traditional and non-traditional dance forms and striving to guide students paths to finding their own unique style.
